Accurate Information Required

Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Age Verification Process
ck 333 requires all players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card or passport) and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Additional documentation may be requested where we have reasonable grounds to suspect misrepresentation of age or identity.
Any player found to have misrepresented their age during registration or KYC will have their account immediately closed. Registration Requirements

KYC Documentation
Identity verification documents must be submitted and approved before any withdrawal is processed. ck 333 may also request KYC documents at any point during your account lifetime — for example, in response to a large single deposit, an unusual pattern of play, or as part of a routine compliance review. Failure to provide requested documentation within the time period specified in the request may result in temporary account restriction.

Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ck 333 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ck 333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time; any additions will be reflected in the cashier section of the platform.
Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits may apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
- Deposits are credited to your ck 333 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within 5–30 seconds.
- ck 333 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Check your mobile financial service's current fee schedule before depositing.
- You may only deposit using a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts will be refused and returned to the originating account.
- ck 333 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any deposit deemed unusual in size or frequency relative to your account history.
Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed in the cashier.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering requirements.
- KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal is released. This is a one-time requirement — once your KYC is approved, you will not be asked to re-submit unless your documents have expired or your account triggers a compliance review.
- ck 333 aims to process approved withdrawals within 15–30 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required.
- Bonus funds are not withdrawable until associated wagering requirements have been met in full. Only the cash portion of your wallet balance (i.e., deposited funds plus cleared winnings) is available for withdrawal at any time.
- Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal through your mobile financial service in respect of a deposit made to ck 333 will result in immediate account suspension. All winnings associated with that deposit will be voided pending investigation.
Anti-Money Laundering Policy
ck 333 is committed to preventing the use of our platform for money laundering or terrorist financing. We maintain and enforce internal AML procedures that include transaction monitoring, KYC verification, and reporting obligations. ck 333 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL season, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of ck 333 and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement for a given bonus specifies the total amount of real-money wagers that must be placed before the bonus (and any winnings generated from it) can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified per promotion.
Bonus Abuse Policy
ck 333 takes a firm approach to bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-risk betting strategies (such as placing simultaneous opposing bets) to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk; combining bonus offers in ways not permitted by the individual offer terms; and colluding with other players to claim or share bonuses. Where bonus abuse is detected, ck 333 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close the offending account.
Bonus Expiry
All bonuses carry an expiry date. If the applicable wagering requirements are not met within the specified time period (which will be clearly stated in the individual bonus terms), the bonus and any winnings attributable to it will be removed from your account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated or transferred.
Section 6
Game Rules & Fair Play
Each game available on the ck 333 platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface itself. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have done so.
Random Number Generation
All non-live games on the ck 333 platform — including slots, virtual table games, and instant-win products — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. The RNG systems used by our game providers are independently tested to ensure that all outcomes are statistically random, unpredictable, and not influenced by any internal or external party.
Live Dealer Games

Malfunction Policy
In the event of a game or platform malfunction, ck 333 reserves the right to void any wagers affected by the malfunction. A malfunction voids all pays and plays. If a technical error results in an incorrect payout being credited to your account, ck 333 reserves the right to reclaim the incorrectly credited amount regardless of whether the funds have been used in subsequent play. Malfunction voids apply to both casino games and sports betting markets.
Sports Betting — Cricket & Other Markets
All cricket and other sports betting markets on ck 333 are subject to the specific rules of each market as displayed within the sportsbook. ck 333 reserves the right to void bets on any match or event that is abandoned, postponed beyond a specified window, or affected by circumstances outside the scope of normal play. In-play bets accepted after an event outcome has been determined due to a data delay will be voided. Accepted odds are final at the time a bet is confirmed.
Section 7
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a ck 333 player, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using a different name, email address, or payment method.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification.
- Allowing any third party to access or use your ck 333 account on your behalf.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — whether in games, the cashier, or the promotional system — for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors are not valid and will be reclaimed.
- Colluding with other players in casino card games, poker, or any other multiplayer context to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
- Attempting to access parts of the platform for which you do not have authorisation, or attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software.
- Making offensive, abusive, or threatening communications to ck 333 support staff or other players through any platform channel.
ck 333 reserves the right to monitor player activity for compliance with these obligations and to use automated tools, manual review, and third-party fraud detection services in doing so. Where prohibited conduct is identified, ck 333 will take immediate action proportionate to the severity of the breach — ranging from a formal warning to permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
ck 333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may result in account suspension or closure:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
- A chargeback or payment dispute initiated through your payment provider in respect of a deposit made to ck 333.
- Identification of the account holder as a politically exposed person (PEP) requiring enhanced due diligence that cannot be completed.
- Court order, law enforcement request, or regulatory direction.
- Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant; a dormant account maintenance fee of ৳100 per month may apply after 12 months of inactivity).
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request closure of your ck 333 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining withdrawable balance will be paid out to your verified payment method subject to standard KYC requirements being met. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests submitted as part of a self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons will be processed with priority and will not require prior withdrawal of balance — balances will be returned automatically.
Right to Close Without Notice
In cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering, or serious breach of these Terms, ck 333 reserves the right to close an account and withhold the associated balance without prior notice, pending the outcome of an internal investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be released promptly. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and extent of the breach.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ck 333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from technical faults, service interruptions, or third-party payment processing failures. ck 333's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
